Constitution

HSPNZ is governed by the goals and rules set out in its Constitution. HSPNZ is an incorporated society and as such is legally required to have a Constitution or similar governing document. The Constitution includes rules governing:

• HSPNZ members and affiliated organisations
• Board Members
• Powers and processes of the HSPNZ Board
• Annual reporting and accounts at AGM
• Appeal Council
• The Constitution may be amended from time to time. The most recent amendments were amended and discussed at the Annual General Meeting held 29th November 2017
